Chekhov

Curio Collection's Chekhov, named for the founding father of modern Russian drama, Anton Chekhov, is Hilton's first hotel within Moscow's Garden Ring. Located in an 1861 mansion visited by cultural figures ranging from the playwright himself to Leo Tolstoy and Konstantin Stanislavsky, it is located just steps away from some of the city's greatest theatres, Lenkom and the Musical Theatre, and just a short walk from the Boulevard Ring, the first of Moscow's ring roads and one of the most beautiful walking routes in Europe. If you are theatrically inclined, don't miss the legendary rock opera ""Juno and Avos,"" a legendary rock opera staged by the late Mark Zakharov that can still be seen in the Lenkom's repertoire today.
